Woman listening to music Apple earpods headphones

There's nothing like a great scary story to make your heart race a little faster, even when you're perfectly safe at home. And now with the wide availability of audiobooks, it's easier than ever to enjoy perfectly awful stories any time. When you're at the gym, chilling at a coffee shop, or just doing laundry, these tales of mayhem can accompany you anywhere.

From classics that have frightened generations to fresh freaky reads, these stories are sure to keep you up at night.

"Hex" tells the story of a modern town haunted by an ancient witch.

The town of Black Spring is ruled by the Black Witch, a woman from the 17th century whose eyes and mouth are sewn shut. She can enter any town street or home at will. Anyone born in Black Spring is unable to leave, and anyone who settles down in the community must stay forever. With surveillance in place, the curse is kept quarantined until a group of teens goes viral with their town's darkest and most ancient secret.

Listen to "Hex" by Thomas Olde Heuvelt, narrated by Jeff Harding.

"We Have Always Lived in the Castle" delves into the dark secrets of a reclusive family.

Author of "The Lottery" and other chilling classics, Shirley Jackson again shows her flair for the macabre with this story. After four members of their family die from arsenic poisoning, the three remaining members of the Blackwood family go about life on their guarded estate. Constance is agoraphobic, Uncle Julian is bound to a wheelchair, and teenaged Mary Katherine ensures the remaining family's safety with protective magic.

But when distant cousin Charles shows up unexpectedly with an eye on the family estate and starts prying into their deepest secrets, the Blackwoods are again thrown into crisis.

Listen to "We Have Always Lived in the Castle" by Shirley Jackson, narrated by Bernadette Dunne.

"Best Horror of the Year Volume 10" showcases recent horror short fiction that will chill your bones.

This collection of short stories will haunt you for days. People learn that going for a mountain climb, taking a photo shoot, or even telling ghost stories can lead to terrible ends. It's a catalog of scary tales from some of the genre's top current writers.

Listen to "The Best Horror of the Year, Volume Ten" By Ellen Datlow, narrated by Christina Delaine and Will Damron.

peeled bananaWhether it be rarely-used spices that end up in the back of the cabinet or a gallon of milk that you just can't use in time, spoiled food is a common problem for most people.

It's easy to lose track of everything in the pantry or refrigerator, especially as you restock groceries each week. But before you toss your spoiled milk and eggshells in the trash, try some of these tips for making food scraps and leftovers useful.

    1. Use sour milk as a replacement for buttermilk in baked goods.

It might not smell the best, but sour milk can still be used for baking. "Actually, cooking with sour milk is delicious. It's a substitute for buttermilk,” Dana Gunders of the Natural Resources Defense Council, told NPR. "You can [use it] in pancake or biscuit batter. And you can't taste the sour! I've pushed it, and let the milk get really old. The pancakes turned out fluffy, and really good.”

But proceed with caution — pasteurized milk is okay to push to the limits, but raw milk can make you sick if it is used after expiring.

    2. Turn stale bread into croutons or breadcrumbs.

It's not always easy to go through an entire loaf of bread before it goes stale.

As long as there is no mold, you can use old bread to make flavorful bread crumbs or croutons that taste much better than store-bought varieties.

For croutons, just cut bread into small squares, toss in olive oil and your favorite seasonings, and bake until golden brown. For breadcrumbs, cut the bread into smaller pieces and toast it lightly in the oven. Then, put the pieces in a bag and roll with a rolling pin. Add spices to taste.

    3. Refresh a candle's scent with spices.

Nice-smelling spices are worth keeping, even after they expire.

You can revitalize a candle that has lost its fragrance — or make a newer candle more potent — with spices. Light a candle and allow the wax to melt. Blow out the candle and mix in the spices of your choice, stirring carefully. If you experiment with different spice blends, you can even make a chai- or pumpkin spice-scented candle.

    student debt

Student loan debt is a big financial burden for many people. In fact, Americans owe $1.5 trillion in student loan debt, according to data from the Federal Reserve.

While some may find themselves forced to defer or default on your student loans, it's better if you're able to come up with a system to pay them off — and within a modesttime frame.

There are two primary reasons to pay down your student loan debt in a reasonable amount of time, Maizie Simpson, data and news editor at Credit Karma, told Business Insider via email.

"The first has to do with interest: The longer you draw out your repayment period, the more interest you'll end up paying," Simpson said. "The second reason is that the longer you have student loan debt, the longer you might put off big life decisions or making investments in your future, such as starting a family or contributing to a 401(k)."

When it comes to paying off your student loans, no matter how intimidating the debt amount is, making an actionable payment plan is key. Here, Elyssa Kirkham, a finance reporter and student loan expert for Student Loan Hero, who paid off a substantial amount of debt herself, took us through a 10-step plan  for paying off your student loan debt.

SEE ALSO: A writer who had $60,000 in student loans says it took him 5 years to make the mental shift he needed to pay them off before turning 30

SEE ALSO: Companies from corporate giants to hot startups have begun offering perks and programs to tackle employees' stifling student loans

    1. Know what you owe

Kirkham said that the first step in repaying your debt is to know your debt, especially since you might have taken out several student loans with various lenders. "Many people avoid thinking about or looking at their student debt too closely for a simple reason: Student loans are a huge source of stress," she said.

She suggested using the National Student Loan Data Systemto find any federal student loans you took out while in college.

"You can also find both federal and private loans listed on your credit report, and check that you’re making the proper payments on time each month," Kirkham said. "In addition, record the current balance and interest rate on each student loan."

    2. Triage your student loan debt

If you are in danger of or already missing student loan payments, Kirkham advised that you try to triage them.

"First, switch federal student loans to an income-driven repayment plan to lower monthly payments," she said. "Then, apply for deferment or forbearance to pause payments if you hit a major financial setback, such as losing a job."

Many private student loan lenders also provide an option to defer payments, Kirkham said. "And keep in mind that unless you have Direct Subsidized Loans, deferred student debt will continue to accrue interest and your balance will increase."

    3. Assess other financial considerations

Kirkham said to consider if other financial goals need attention before you can go gung-ho on student debt. "If you have other debt, like credit card balances, that are costing you more than your student loans are, it might be wise to pay these off first," she said.

salad dressingItalian-inspired pasta, pizzas, and sauces might reign supreme in America but may have little to do with actual Italian eating styles.

There are plenty of American and even Italian-inspired American foods that most Italians probably wouldn't eat— at least, not while in Italy. Here are some foods that you probably won't find in Italy.

Spaghetti and meatballs is an Italian-American delicacy.

Spaghetti and meatballs exist separately in Italy, but you probably won't find them together on a menu. This "classic Italian meal" was actually created by Italian-Americans.

According to The Smithsonian, when Italians immigrated to the US at the turn of the 20th century, the majority came from Southern Italy, which was experiencing economic poverty.

In a thriving America, immigrants were able to buy more meat, but not filet mignon, so they disguised their rough cuts as meatballs. The ingredients for marinara sauce were widely available, so they paired these foods with another widely available Italian food: spaghetti.

Taking your coffee to-go is frowned upon.

Eataly's guide to Italian coffee culture reveals that a day in Italy is defined by its coffee rituals. Morning coffee is either a cappuccino, caffè latte, or a latte Macchiato served hot in a cup for immediate consumption, often paired with a single pastry.

In a cafe, Italians will drink sitting down or standing up at a bar, but usually not while walking to work. If you walk around with coffee in a to-go cup in Italy, you might get strange looks.

Italians take their coffee pretty seriously, which is why, after 47 years, Italy got its first Starbucks in 2018. And the Starbucks has been modified to fit Italian culture — including a marble-topped coffee bar fit for espresso rituals.

    "Italian dressing" isn't actually Italian.

Though it's in the name, Italian dressing is much more American than Italian.

Though Americans use the dressing for everything from salad to marinating chicken, it just isn't a thing in Italy. In fact, pre-packaged dressing is basically unheard of in Italy.

"Instead of bottled dressing, households always have oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper on the table as, generally speaking, people prefer to dress their own salad themselves,"Food blogger Disgraces on the Menu wrote. "The same goes for restaurants and cafeterias — oil and vinegar are brought to the table whenever a salad is ordered and the waiters never ask what kind of dressing the customer would like."

Hurricane Michael left a wake of destruction after making landfall in Florida on Wednesday.

Among the hardest-hit areas was the small seaside town of Mexico Beach, where entire rows of homes by the ocean were swept away, leaving only their concrete foundations behind.

As residents returned to their homes and businesses on Thursday morning, photojournalists used helicopters to document the damage from above. Here's what they found.

    eugenie kate

Princess Eugenie is, obviously, an important member of the royal family. Still, even with her title, she does not live the same life that Princes William and Harry do. Eugenie is not a "working royal," which basically means that she doesn't carry out duties in the queen's name.

Because of this, Eugenie doesn't have to follow the same rules that her cousins-in-law Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton do.

In light of Eugenie's upcoming wedding on Friday, here's a reminder of the things she can do that both Markle and Middleton can't:

Princess Eugenie is allowed to have a regular job.

Once Markle and Middleton married Princes Harry and William, they devoted their lives to the royal family. Neither are allowed to have jobs outside of their royal duties. Although Eugenie has her own royal roles, she is allowed to have a job outside of that life.

Eugenie is currently a director at the Hauser & Wirth art gallery in London. In a 2016 interview with Harper's Bazaar, she said her role included managing, planning events and special projects, and working with artists.

She can wear whatever color nail polish she chooses.

It might not be an official rule, but it's pretty well-known that Queen Elizabeth II likes neutral, translucent nail shades, and strongly dislikes anything bright or dark. You'll notice that Middleton and Markle stick to light, neutral shades for their manicures.

Eugenie, on the other hand, can wear whatever color nail polish she'd like. She's often pictured with dark nails or experimenting with nail art.

She is allowed to take selfies.

Markle and Middleton are strongly discouraged from snapping selfies with fans. Eugenie, however, is free to take as many selfies as she'd like … and she can post them wherever she wants.

    princess eugenie

Princess Eugenie, the youngest daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, is set to wed Jack Brooksbank on Friday. The royal and the London socialite, who started dating in 2010 after they met on a ski trip, got engaged in Nicaragua in January.

The couple's big day will be similar in many ways to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's May wedding. Like the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Eugenie and Brooksbank will exchange vows in St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle before riding through Windsor in a carriage procession. Their wedding party will also include Prince William and Kate Middleton's two eldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Ahead of Eugenie's wedding, here's everything you need to know about the British royal.

    Her name is pronounced "YOO-jenny."

People regularly mispronounce Eugenie's name, calling her anything from "you-junny" to "you-jenny."

In a 2008 interview with The Telegraph, she cleared things up, saying it's pronounced "YOO-jenny," with the stress on the first syllable. The royal explained: "Whenever we used to meet foreign people who were struggling with it, my mum and I would help them by saying, 'It's like Use Your Knees.'"

According to Eugenie, her friends call her by the nicknames "Youj" or "Bouj."

She is the Queen's third-youngest grandchild.

Eugenie is the youngest daughter of Prince Andrew, Duke of York, and the younger sister of Princess Beatrice. Prince Andrew is the third of Queen Elizabeth II's four children with Prince Philip.

She and her fiancé are distant blood relatives.

Brooksbank and Eugenie are third cousins once removed. The two share a common ancestor: Thomas William Coke, a 19th-century aristocrat and the 2nd Earl of Leicester.

They're not the only ones in the royal family who are distantly related. Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip are third cousins who share the same bloodline. While the queen is a direct descendant of Queen Victoria on her father's side, Philip is related to Victoria on his mother's side.

    nintendo 3ds

Nintendo has sold over 70 million 3DS' since the handheld game system launched in 2011, making it among the best selling consoles of all time.

The Switch may have gotten the lion's share of attention lately, but the 3DS' library of great games continues to grow, with upcoming titles like "Luigi's Mansion" and "Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'S Journey" proving the system is still going strong.

The 3DS' appeal is easy to understand: it has excellent battery life, can play 3DS and DS games (which means its library spans thousands of titles released over the past 13 years), and you can easily fit it in a pocket or purse. Although the 3DS is a great system on its own, using it with a few additional accessories makes using it even better.

For example, if you want to have a large library of digital games, so you can take them with you wherever you go, you'll need a larger MicroSD card to hold them. If you want to keep the 3DS' touch screen free from scratches, you'll need a screen protector. And if you travel often, you'll want an extra power adapter to keep in your bag, so you can't forget it.

The best part? None of these accessories cost more than $20, so you can get even more  out of your game system without breaking the bank.

SEE ALSO: 10 accessories under $50 to help you get the most out of your Nintendo Switch

A spare charger you can take with you when you travel

AmazonBasics AC Adapter for Nintendo 3DS, $8.29, available at Amazon

A spare power adapter is one of the most important 3DS accessories you can get, especially while traveling. A power adapter is also essential if you buy a new 3DS because Nintendo doesn't include one in the box anymore.

A spare stylus in case yours bends or breaks

Nintendo 3DS Extendable Stylus, $8.99, available at Amazon

Playing games on the 3DS' touch screen requires the system's built-in stylus to allow you to make precise swipes and gestures. Over time, the stylus could bend, break, or even get lost, which is why it's useful to keep a pack of spares around.

A case to hold your 3DS, charger, and games while you're traveling

Smatree Hard Protective Carrying Case for New Nintendo 3DS, $9.99, available at Amazon

Because the 3DS is portable, you're probably going to spend as much time playing it out of the house as you are inside, which is why you should invest in a case. Smartree's protective case will fit any model of the 3DS and has one pocket for your system, six pockets for games, and a zippered mesh pocket to hold smaller accessories, like a charger.

Popping pimpleThere's one piece of advice that nearly everyone hears during their teenage years: don't pop your pimples. But do you actually know what the consequences might be for picking at that blemish?

Here are a few startling things that can happen if you don't resist the urge to pop your pimples.

First of all, here's what a pimple actually is.

In most cases,a pimple crops up when a pore becomes blocked with excess oil and dead skin cells, both of which feed the growth of bacteria and cause a small infection in the pore.

According to the American Academy of Dermatology, there are actually a few different kinds of pimples. One common type is called apustule. This is the kind with a red or pink inflamed border and a yellow or white center. As the name implies, pustules contain pus. This is the substance that comes out when you pop a pimple.

Othertypes of pimples include blackheads, whiteheads, papules, nodules, and cysts. Blackheads are actually open at the top and are generally not inflamed. Papules are closed and can be hard and red, while nodules and cysts lie deep beneath the skin and are often painful.

It's rare, but popping a pimple might actually kill you.

Though it sounds too weird to be real, dermatologists advise patients to never pop a pimple in the so-called "danger triangle." This is the area that extends from the corners of your mouth to the bridge of your nose.

Why is prodding a blemish in this area so risky? According to Healthline, the blood vessels in this particular zoneare actually connected to areas of the skull where infections can spread quickly and become serious.

"If there were a serious skin infection in this area that went untreated, and then subsequently tracked back to the brain,it could theoretically prove fatal," Jeremy Brauer, MD, clinical assistant professor in the department of dermatology at NYU Langone Medical Center, told Men's Health.

Though dermatologists believe that the likelihood of a lethal infection arising from a popped pimple is pretty slim, there's no harm in trying extra hard to avoid any self-surgery in the "danger triangle."

You're probably not getting all the pus out.

Squeezing a pimple might result in a satisfying release of its contents, but dermatologists caution that you're likely leaving some of the gross stuff behind.

According to Verywell Health, putting pressure on a pimple inadvertentlyforces debris from the pore deeper into the follicle. Even worse, this sometimes causes the follicle to rupture and spill infected pus into the lower level of your skin.

This means that even if you see material emerging from the top of your pimple and the pore looks clear, you may have trapped infected goo deep within your skin.

Singapore Airlines Airbus A350 900 ULR first delivery

    • On Thursday, Singapore Airlines relaunched its non-stop flight between SingaporeChangi Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport outside of New York City. On Friday, the plane returned to Singapore from Newark.
    • It is the longest flight in the world covering a distance of 10,357 miles over nearly 19 hours of flying.
    • Ultra-long-haul flying is back with a vengeance thanks to a new generation of fuel-efficient airliners.
    • Qatar Airways, Emirates, Qantas, and United Airlines have all recently launched new ultra-long-haul flights.

On Thursday, Singapore Airlines relaunched its non-stop flights between Singapore Changi Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport outside of New York City.

The flight is once again the longest in the world, covering a distance of 10,357 miles over nearly 19 hours of flying.

The resurgence in these 8,000 to 9,000-mile marathon flights can be attributed to the availability of more affordable oil and a new generation of fuel-efficient airliners like the Boeing 787 Dreamliner and Airbus A350. In addition, the change in consumer preference in favor of non-stop point-to-point flying has helped drive this revival.

Singapore Airlines operates the new non-stop service using a brand new fleet of seven Airbus A350-900ULRs— ULR stands for ultra long range.

Singapore's A350-900ULRs, the only seven in the world right now, will be equipped with 67 business class and 94 premium economy seats. There are no first-class suites or economy class seats on board. With just 161 seats, the ULRs will carry 92 fewer passengers than the rest of Singapore's A350-900 fleet.

Singapore previously operated the route using Airbus A340-500 airliners before suspending the service in 2013. The airline simply couldn't sustain the route financially using the fuel-guzzling, four-engine Airbus with just 100 business-class seats.

Last year, Qatar Airways launched the longest flight in the world between its home base in Doha, Qatar and Auckland, New Zealand. At Emirates, upgraded its flight from Dubai in the United Arab Emirates to Auckland from a Boeing 777 to an Airbus A380. It's now the third longest flight in the world and longest operated by a superjumbo.

wizards of waverly place then and now selena gomez

On October 12, 2007, "Wizards of Waverly Place" premiered on Disney Channel. The show centered on the Russo family living in New York's Greenwich Village. On the sitcom, siblings Alex (Selena Gomez), Justin (David Henrie), and Max (Jake T. Austin) inherited magical powers from their father (David DeLuise).

The kids trained to become the superior wizard throughout the sitcom's four seasons, while learning lessons from their parents (who owned the Waverly Sub Station).

Here's what the cast has been up to since the series debuted on Disney Channel 11 years ago.

Selena Gomez starred as middle child Alex Russo.

She was sassy and often responded to people with sarcastic remarks. Alex's careless use of magic landed her in messy situations, but yet, she ended up earning the title of the Family Wizard.

Gomez's role propelled her to fame, and she's now a singer, actress, and collaborator with fashion brands.

Since "WOWP," Gomez has become one of the most popular people on social media and had  highly publicized relationships with Nick Jonas, Justin Bieber, and The Weeknd

Gomez has also been honored for her musical achievements and humanitarian work. She voiced the animated character Mavis in the "Hotel Transylvania" films and previously released two albums that peaked at No. 1.

The "Bad Liar" singer has released her own perfume, collaborated with companies like Puma and Coach, and is a UNICEF ambassador.

Her fashion and hair styles have evolved over the years, and she has been open about her struggles with depression and anxiety. In September 2017, Gomez revealed that she underwent a kidney transplant, which she needed as a result of her lupus.

Most recently, the 26-year-old said that she would be taking a break from social media. In October 2018, People reported that Gomez was seeking treatment after an "emotional breakdown."

The oldest Russo child, Justin, was played by David Henrie.

He was quite book smart and eventually became the headmaster of Wiz Tech.

    new york city retirement

    • Living in New York City has its advantages and disadvantages, but for many of the city's residents, the pros vastly outweigh the cons.
    • Author Audrey Noble asked 14 millennial New Yorkers why they think NYC is the best city in the world.

Since I was born and raised in Los Angeles but live in New York City, people often ask me which city I think is better. My answer, without any hesitation, is New York City.

I've been living here for a little over four years now, and even despite all the hardships, rejections, and heartbreaks I've experienced, moving more than 3,000 miles away from home is still the best decision I've ever made.

The infectious energy, the incredible people who reside here, and the once-in-a-lifetime experiences make NYC a magical place. But don't just take my word for it.

For perspective, I asked 14 other millennial New Yorkers what they love about the city:

You can live a lifetime in a day

Living in the city affords one the opportunity to live a lifetime in a day. From a morning run in Central Park, to some of the best food imaginable in the afternoon, to an evening watching world-class theater and comedy. New York really can be like the movies. There is always something calling if you just say 'yes.'

    Mohammed bin Salman

The Turkish government reportedly told US officials on Thursday that it has audio and video recordings suggesting the Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi was killed during his visit to the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul last week.

Khashoggi, who was living in Virginia under self-imposed exile, is known as an outspoken critic of Saudi Arabia and its de facto leader, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

Earlier this week, The New York Times described a senior US official as saying Turkish authorities believe that Khashoggi was killed on orders from the "highest levels of the royal court."

Prince Mohammed told Bloomberg last week, "We have nothing to hide."

Few people had heard of Prince Mohammed before his father, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, became king in 2015.

King Salman, 82, subsequently elevated his son Mohammed, 33, to crown prince in June 2017. And he has since been widely seen as the driving force behind an anti-corruption purge that has detained several leading Saudi government and business leaders.

Here's the story behind Prince Mohammed's meteoric rise.

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, also known as MBS, was born on August 31, 1985, to King Salman and Princess Fahda bint Falah bin Sultan, one of the king's four wives.

Prince Mohammed was raised in a walled complex the size of a city block in Riyadh with his mother, five brothers, and a staff of 50 servants, cooks, drivers and more. His father, who was then the governor of Riyadh, a son of Ibn Saud.

In 1932, after a series of civil wars, Ibn Saud united the kingdom under the House of Saud, one of the last remaining absolute monarchies.

Prince Mohammed would later earn a bachelor's degree in law at King Saud University, where he was ranked one of the top 10 students. In 2009, after working in several firms and government positions, he was appointed special adviser to his father.

Prince Mohammed would also found a nonprofit group called the Misk Foundation to help Saudi youth develop new businesses. In 2013, Forbes Middle East honored him as "Personality of the Year" for his work with the foundation.

In January 2015, Prince Mohammed was appointed Saudi's defense minister and deputy crown prince by his father, who had just been elevated to King Salman.

Among the new defense minister's first moves was to crack down on Tehran, launching the Saudi-led coalition against the Iranian-backed Houthi rebels in Yemen through a military campaign known as Operation Decisive Storm.

The war in Yemen has since become one of the worst humanitarian disasters in the world, with thousands killed and millions on the brink of starvation. The Saudi-led coalition has been repeatedly accused of carrying out unlawful airstrikes, while the Houthis have been accused of several human-rights abuses, including unlawful detentions and using child soldiers.

Facebook has said 30 million accounts were compromised in a major hack. That's down from the 50 million accounts the social network first estimated, but it's still not great news.

Though Facebook has taken steps to protect users in light of the attack, the company said hackers had access to millions of people's personal information.

It said hackers could access an abundance of user data on 14 million people, including their name, email, phone number, hometown, current city, workplace, birthday, devices used to log into Facebook, the last 10 places they checked into or were tagged in, and their 15 most recent searches.

With so much potentially sensitive data compromised, you may want to see whether yours was taken — and take action to prevent it from happening again.

Here's how to check whether your information was compromised, as well as how to delete your Facebook account.

In the Facebook Help Center, scroll down to where it says "Is my Facebook account impacted by this security issue?"

The most immediate way to check whether your account was affected is to visit the Facebook Help Center. Underneath some updates on the hack is a section titled "Is my Facebook account impacted by this security issue?"

The message there will differ depending on whether you were affected. The message will list what information of yours was accessed.

If you were most likely not affected, the message will say: "Our investigation is still ongoing, but based on what we've learned so far, the attackers did not gain access to information associated with your Facebook account."

Facebook said it plans to send customized messages to the 30 million affected accounts in "coming days."

Users who were affected will get a message in the coming days, Facebook said. The message will include information on what people can do to best protect themselves and their privacy.

You can delete your account to remove all your info — but it won't actually be gone until after a 30-day "grace period."

By deleting your account, you will actually remove your personal information from Facebook's servers. This will delete everything you've ever put on Facebook — profile information, photos, status updates, timeline posts — but won't include messages sent via Facebook Messenger.

However, it will take a whole 30 days for your account to actually be deleted after you've requested it be removed.. This "grace period" used to be 14 days, but it was reported last week that Facebook raised it to a month. This gives users an opportunity to re-activate their account if they get cold feet before making it permanent.

If you don't want to lose everything you've put on Facebook, there is an option to download a copy of all your information. You have to request this archive before deleting your account, and you'll have it sent to you via email. If you delete your account before you request this archive, you're out of luck, so be careful.
