A brand-new restaurant just opened in New York's most famous dining room — here's what it looks like inside

Fish filet, The PoolFor more than 50 years, 99 East 52nd Street in Manhattan was home to the famed Four Seasons restaurant. During that time, its power lunches drew a clientele that included the likes of Henry Kissinger, Martha Stewart, and Michael Bloomberg, as well as plenty of bold-face names in the art world and finance industry.

Since the Four Seasons closed in July 2016, new residents have moved into the landmarked space. Major Food Group, which also operates the restaurants Carbone, ZZ's Clam Bar, Parm, Sadelle's, and Santina, is behind three new restaurants there; the first, called The Grill, opened in May, while the second, called The Pool, opened earlier in July.

"It was an incredible opportunity and responsibility that we do not take lightly," partner Jeff Zalaznick told Business Insider of the move into the iconic space. Zalaznick owns Major Food Group with Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi.

The Pool is a nod to the former Four Seasons' "pool room," which had a gurgling fountain that still remains in the center of The Pool's dining room. The Pool has a seafood-centric menu, and the lounge and bar serve decidedly simple cocktails.

Below, take a look inside The Pool and see some of the dishes being served there.

The Pool's dining room is still centered around the Four Seasons' fountain, and the chain curtains have been kept and cleaned. New carpet was also laid. The hanging piece above the fountain is artist Alexander Calder's 1973 work, "3 Segments," which resembles an abstract fish in a nod to the seafood-focused menu.

"Everything we created for this menu is motivated by purity and simplicity," chef and partner Torrisi said in a press release.

Raw items like this chilled gazpacho salad appetizer are served in ice-filled, Georg Jensen bowls. This salad comes with lemon cucumbers, tristar strawberries, and seabeans.

The best breast pumps you can buy

The Insider Picks team writes about stuff we think you'll like. Business Insider has affiliate partnerships, so we get a share of the revenue from your purchase.

breast pump 4x3

The Insider Pick:

  • If you’re a nursing mom who plans to spend more than a couple hours away from your baby, pumping is a necessary evil: It keeps your milk supply up and ensures your kiddo has enough to eat. The Medela Pump In Style Advanced is a great option for moms who want to get their pumping done quickly and easily.

Whether you’re running an errand, taking a short trip or heading back to work full-time, you’ll need a good breast pump to get you through those times when you can’t breastfeed your baby directly. Using a breast pump when you would normally nurse your baby is critical since it tells your body you still need to make milk. It also helps you build up a supply of breast milk that others can give your little one while you’re gone.

It’s rare to find a mom who actually enjoys pumping, so choosing an effective breast pump that works best for your situation is all the more important. There are a number of expert reviews of breast pumps, and they’ve also inspired a ton of real-world feedback on retail sites. I also took into consideration my own experience pumping on and off for my two young sons. All of those perspectives yielded our picks for the best breast pumps.

We've included an easy-to-use model for working moms or any frequent pumper, an equally efficient pump that’s also ultra-hygienic, a unique pump that keeps your hands completely free for multitasking, a lightweight single electric pump that’s great for travel, and an inexpensive manual pump that’s ideal for occasional use.

Also, check out our guides to the best cribs and cradles, the best car seats, the best diaper bags, the best baby monitorsthe best nursing pillows, and the best baby bouncers.

Although the Medela Pump In Style Advanced is our top pick, for various reasons laid out in the slides below, you should also consider the Spectra Baby USA S1, the Freemie Freedom, the Medela Swing, and the Philips Avent Manual Comfort Breast Pump.

The best breast pump overall

Why you'll love it: The Medela Pump in Style Advanced offers a hard-to-beat combination of efficiency and ease of use, making the tiresome chore of pumping quicker and less frustrating.

A longtime favorite of moms who have to pump frequently, the Medela Pump in Style Advanced simply outclasses most other double electric breast pumps on the market. One of its signature features is portability.

The pump, while not the lightest at more than six pounds, is built into an inconspicuous black tote bag (or backpack, if you prefer) that holds everything you need – tubing, bottles, breast shields. There’s even a removable cooler bag with an ice pack to keep milk at a safe temperature during a long commute. When you’re ready to pump, you simply unzip a little panel in the tote, which reveals all of the controls and tube hookups.

As convenient as the Pump in Style Advanced is, it’s also ultra-efficient. With this pump “you can empty both breasts in a short amount of time with great comfort,” says Baby Bargains. Part of that is thanks to Medela’s two-phase expression technology, which mimics how a baby first stimulates milk flow at the breast, then settles into a slower sucking pattern. Suction is easily controlled with a dial.

It’s also worth noting that Medela parts and accessories are widely available at big-box stores, and Medela makes five sizes of breast shields that help make sure you can find a comfortable fit. Also, if you’re away from an outlet, you can use eight AAs in a pinch.

The main con of the Pump in Style Advanced is that it’s an open system. That means there’s no barrier between the pump itself and the parts used to collect milk, so there’s a higher risk of mold or bacteria growth, particularly in the tubing. Baby Gear Lab testers noted condensation building up in the tubing after six pumping sessions, and while they say suction was as strong as ever, “we were concerned with the risk of mildew building up.” Testers there also ding the Pump in Style for being a bit noisy, a concern echoed by many Amazon reviewers.

Overall, it's still your best bet for pumping quickly and easily on the go.

Pros: Very fast and efficient, two-phase letdown, adjustable suction, comes with several accessories, pump is integrated into an easy-to-carry pump or backpack, parts are widely available

Cons: Expensive, heavy, open system means tubes are at greater risk for mold and mildew growth

Buy the Medela Pump in Style Advanced on Amazon for $254.99

The best closed-system breast pump

Why you'll love it: The Spectra Baby USA S1 uses a hygienic closed system that is quiet, easy to use, and simple to keep clean.

The double electric Spectra S1 may be less well known than our top pick, but it has been giving the Medela a run for its money ever since it was released. It’s lighter than our top pick at only four pounds, and while it doesn’t have the included tote, it does feature a rechargeable battery. There's no need to worry about having a zillion AAs on hand if you’re away from an outlet. And as a closed system, the tubes are less likely to collect moisture that can become a breeding ground for mold.

Like the Medela, the Spectra has a special mode to stimulate let down before switching to a slower suction once milk is flowing, and testers with Baby Gear Lab even give it a slight edge over that pump for comfort and efficiency. They also say it’s nice and quiet, with an unobtrusive “shhhhh” sound. Many Amazon reviewers who’ve used both pumps agree that the Spectra is better on both accounts, and they love that it also has a gentle nightlight and a timer with an automatic shutoff for drowsy nighttime pumping.

What’s not to like? Spectra isn’t the household name that Medela is, so as Baby Bargains notes, parts are pricier and not as readily available. There are less breast shield sizes available, too, which could potentially be a deal-breaker for larger- or smaller-chested women.

Many Amazon reviewers complain that everything except for the pump is cheap and flimsy. Frequent complaints include bottles that don’t secure well to the flanges and tubes that don’t stay connected to the pump. It’s also worth noting that Baby Gear Lab’s Spectra pump simply quit working after six months of use.

However, most agree that it's a good breast pump for those who want a closed system.

Pros: Very fast and efficient, two-phase let down, adjustable suction, quiet, can use regular power or batteries, closed system is more hygienic

Cons: Doesn’t come with tote, parts more limited and harder to get, milk collection kit is flimsy, some durability concerns

Buy the Spectra Baby USA S1 on Amazon for $182.41 (price varies)

The best breast pump for multitaskers

Why you'll love it: The Freemie Freedom makes it possible to pump completely hands-free — even in front of other people — without the need for a special hands-free bra.

As its name suggests, the Freemie Freedom double electric aims to liberate moms who have to scuttle to some dark corner of the office in order to pump. The system features eight-ounce concealable cups with integrated breast shields that go under your top and actually sit inside your bra while they collect milk. That means the shields and bottles aren’t hanging off your chest like usual, making it easier to pump without complete privacy or move more than a few inches without leaks and spills. The Freedom is also a closed system, so there are fewer worries about perfect pump hygiene.

But does it work? Yes, says Exclusive Pumping. The reviewer says you’ll be able to “type on a laptop or bottle-feed a baby” while pumping away. Another big boon is that the pump isn’t as loud as others. Pregnancy and Newborn says that the motor has a “consistent quiet sound” that doesn’t strain and get louder when you turn up the pump’s power.

While anyone who’s around will still realize what you’re doing, it’s miles more discreet than other options, most Amazon reviewerssay. Lucie’s List loves that all of Freemie’s “bits and pieces are much easier to clean than with the traditional setup,” though notes that the cups aren’t dishwasher-safe.

There are a few downsides, of course. Baby Bargains says you may be sacrificing pumping power in order to keep things less conspicuous. For a lot of moms, that’s a big consideration — after all, most just want to get pumping over with as fast as possible — and some Amazon reviewers say it makes more sense to get the Freemie cups separately and a more powerful pump from another compatible brand. You’ll also be adding the extra step of pouring milk from the collection cups into bottles or freezer bags. There is no battery option, either, so you can’t go cord-free.

Regardless, it's a decent option for moms who want to have a bit more freedom of movement while pumping.

Pros: Can pump with bra and shirt on, quiet, adjustable suction, collection cups can be used with several other popular pumps, closed system is more hygienic

Cons: Not powerful enough for some, must pour milk into bottles or bags after pumping, no battery option, cups aren’t dishwasher-safe

7 current college students explain the good, the bad, and the ugly truth about fraternities

protest against fraternity

Earlier this year, the hazing death of 19-year-old student Timothy Piazza during a pledge event at Penn State's Beta Theta Pi fraternity shocked the country.

The death garnered attention due to its highly documented, visual nature.

(Security footage provided a detailed account of events on the night of his death.)

In just the past few years, there have been other instances of hazing deaths at Baruch CollegeFresno StateNorthern Illinois University, and more.

In fact, since 1970, there has been at least one hazing-related death on college campuses every year. And hazing is far from the only problem that plagues fraternities.

We reached out to writers at various college newspapers throughout the United States and asked for their opinions on the status of fraternities today.

Here's what our campus correspondents had to say.

SEE ALSO: Penn State issues sweeping changes to its Greek system after horrifying death of fraternity pledge

Fraternities wield power — and perpetuate inequalities — beyond campus.

University of Pittsburgh student Christian Snyder argues that even if fraternities have their benefits, only a small group can even access them, ensuring that they perpetuate race-, class-, and gender-based discrimination.

The power they wield extends far beyond campus.

Greek organizations have a political Super PAC representing them (Fraternity and Sorority Political Action Committee), that pushed bills that to limit college rape investigations.

85 percent of US Supreme Court justices, 76 percent of US congressmen, 80 percent of Fortune 500 executives, and nearly every president belonged to a fraternity.

Snyder pushes for the complete abolishment of fraternities. Read his post here

Fraternities are homogenous in nature across multiple dimensions.

Fraternities are not financially accessible, Harvard University student Ruben Reyes writes.

Among other things, fraternities require their members to pay semesterly dues, averaging $605 nationwide

In many ways, "Greek life has become a microcosm of widening U.S. economic inequality. "

Ethnicity-based fraternities aside, fraternities are overwhelmingly white and are lacking when it comes to the inclusion of LGTBQ+ individuals.

Reyes concludes: "College is a place where individuals are supposed to learn how to interact with people who are different from them, but fraternities are getting in the way."

Read his post here

Fraternities are built on outdated values and encourage thinking that have no place in modern culture and society.

University of Washington student Mac Hubbard points out that fraternities are based on simplistic, outdated ideals: "[i]t’s golden era thinking and team colors — you say red is better, I say blue."

These ideals suppress individualism, and may have helped contribute to the deaths of students like Piazza. Many seek to join fraternities because of their desire to belong to a larger group and lose their sense of morality in the process.

A future without fraternities will be difficult to achieve, but "we are learning how to slowly undo them while our conversations have increasingly focused on rethinking them completely."

The best Micro USB cables you can buy

The Insider Picks team writes about stuff we think you'll like. Business Insider has affiliate partnerships, so we get a share of the revenue from your purchase.

micro USB cable 4x3

The Insider Pick:

  • Micro USB cables are still handy for charging up everything from phones and tablets to headphones and speakers. The Anker PowerLine Micro USB cable is the best one you can buy, and it's less than half the original price.

Micro USB ports may be on their way out when it comes to high-end Android phones, but many mobile devices still depend on the good ol' Micro USB, including everything from budget phones and tablets to Bluetooth headphones and speakers. You may end up plugging it in wrong every time (even though you have a 50-50 shot of getting it right), but Micro USB cables are far from extinct.

The best part of the reversible USB-C cable takeover is that high-end Micro USB cables are now much less expensive. Our top pick, the Anker PowerLine Micro USB cable, is less than half its original price tag on Amazon, and it's a durable cable from a very well-known brand.

If you're not into Anker's offerings, we've also rounded up the best super long cable, the most durable one, and a nifty retractable one that can go from 2 inches to 33.

Since the Micro USB connector is older and more reliable, you don't have to worry as much about cables frying your gadgets, but you should still make sure you go with well-known brands to avoid any problems and ensure your purchase will last for years.

Updated on 7/31/2017 by Malarie Gokey: Added the Aukey Micro USB Cable (3-Pack).

Although the Anker PowerLine Micro USB cable is our top pick, for various reasons laid out in the slides below, you should also consider the 10-foot Native Union Night Micro USB cableFuse Chicken Titan Micro USB Cable, the Cable Matters Retractable Micro USB Charge & Sync Cable, and the Aukey Micro USB Cable (3-Pack).

The best Micro USB cable overall

Why you'll love it: The Anker PowerLine Micro USB cable is less than half its original price, but it's still the very best cord on the market.

You can't beat Anker's PowerLine Micro USB cables— especially now that they're heavily discounted on Amazon. These cables check all the boxes: They're fast to charge your devices or sync data, they're durable, and they're affordable.

The cable is strengthened with Kevlar, and the stress points near the Micro USB charger and the USB connector are reinforced for added durability. Anker bent the PowerLine cables more than 5,000 times during testing to ensure that they can survive life's knocks.

The company also offers an 18-month warranty and it has a great reputation for following through when users have problems.

Anker's PowerLine cables come with a Velcro tie to wrap up any extra cord length you don't need. It also makes traveling with your lightning cable easier. You can choose between a few fun colors like black, white, blue, red, or gray. PowerLine cables also come in a variety of lengths to suit everyone's needs, including 1 foot, 3 feet, 6 feet, and 10 feet.

Although using these cables to charge your phone or tablet is the most obvious use case, you can also use Micro USB cables to charge a number of smart devices like Bluetooth speakers, wireless headphones, e-readers, and external battery packs.

User reviews are very positive, and most say that Anker makes excellent cables for a very reasonable price. Digital Trends, Android Central, and The Wirecutter recommend Anker's Micro USB cables.

Pros: Made from durable aramid fiber, lots of lengths, 18-month warranty, fast charging, and it has reinforced stress points

Cons: None

The best long Micro USB Cable

Why you'll love it: The 10-foot Native Union Night Micro USB cable solves the eternal problem of the short cable with a lot of length and a nice weight to prevent falls.

If you've ever struggled with a short cord, you know the pain of being a few inches shy of the perfect amount of cable. Native Union's weighted Night cable is 10 feet long, and it's here to solve your charging problems.

In addition to being super long, it's also durable and has a weighted knot that keeps it from pulling your phone off the table while it's charging.

Native Union makes its Micro USB cables out of braided nylon for added durability and tangle prevention. There are four layers of material protecting the cable's wires: braided nylon, a TPE rubber sleeve, a tinned copper braid, and a grounding layer. Inside all those layers are wires that are also protected and reinforced — some of them even have Kevlar fiber inside.

Native Union put its cables through a 10,000 bend test to see whether they would break or fray, and the cables survived. The company also offers a limited lifetime warranty, so you know this cable is built to last.

The Night cable is also highly rated by users on Amazon and several tech reviewers, including Best Products and CNET.

Pros: It's 10-feet long, weighted so it doesn't fall, covered in sturdy woven fabric, and it has a 12-month warranty

Cons: Expensive

Buy the black and white 10-foot weighted Native Union Night cable on Amazon for $39.99

The best durable Micro USB cable

Why you'll love it: The Fuse Chicken Titan Micro USB Cable survived dog bites and chainsaw attacks to be the most durable cable in town.

Cables can be so fragile, but luckily, there's a new, nearly indestructible Micro USB cable available for your Micro USB chargeable devices. The Fuse Chicken Titan cord is so tough that its creators literally took a chainsaw to it, and it survived.

Fuse Chicken's cable is covered in two layers of flexible steel, so it's tough and stiff.  You can twist it into any shape or tie it in knots.

The company offers a limited lifetime warranty, so if you do find a way to break it through normal use, you may be able to get it replaced. Obviously, if you deliberately try to kill it with power tools or fire, Fuse Chicken won't reimburse you.

You can get the cable in either a short keychain style or a 3-foot length. Most people will want the 3-foot cable, but the keychain one is good for syncing your phone with your laptop or using an external battery pack.

User reviews on Amazon are positive, and the tech site Digital Trends recommends the Titan as one of the best Micro USB cables you can buy.

Pros: It's made from industrial-grade flexible high-strength steel, lifetime guarantee, it's pet proof, and it survived a chainsaw attack, so yeah ... it's durable

Cons: Expensive

Buy the 3-foot Fuse Chicken Titan Micro USB Cable on Amazon for $24.95

Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 2017

Buying a new car or truck is one of the most important financial decisions we make. It's a big ticket item that affects multiple facets of our daily lives.

For most of us, the price tag remains the top dog when it comes to car buying decisions. But, it would be a mistake to overlook the importance of a car's resale value. After all, owning a car that retains its value could save you thousands of dollars in the long run.

Which is why Kelley Blue Book compiled a list of the 10 vehicles with the best resale value on sale in the US.

After five years of ownership, the publication's data indicates that the average new car is worth only 33% of its original sticker price. However, the 10 vehicles featured on this list held an average of 50% of its value. On a $30,000 ride, that translates to an extra $5,000 in the owner's bank account after five years, KBB wrote.

Incredibly, seven of the 10 vehicles on the list are pickup trucks. Two others are SUVs. Only one passenger car, the 2017 Subaru WRX, made the list in 10th place.

The US truck market is booming. Through June, automakers sold more than 1.3 million pickup trucks in the US. And this popularity is trickling through to the second-hand market. Even though trucks tend to have higher initial transaction prices than its passenger car counterparts, its ability to retain value along the utility it delivers make for an appealing offering.

General Motors and Toyota dominate the top 10 while Honda and Jeep also make an appearance.

Here's a closer look at the 10 vehicles with the best resale value in the US.

Russia Navy day

In celebration of Navy Day, Russia held military parades across the world on Sunday, showing off ships and aircraft in a massive show of force.

The military parades in St. Petersburg, Crimea, and Syria, among other places, were held on an "unprecedented scale,"according to The Drive.

Russian President Vladimir Putin attended the St. Petersburg parade, where he delivered a speech along a platform on the Neva River.

The St. Petersburg parade included 50 ships and submarines, 40 aircraft, and more than 5,000 sailors, according to CNN.

Here's what the parade looked like (with video at the end):

A flotilla of Russian warships is seen here sailing near Kronshtadt towards St. Petersburg. The Navy Day parade was started in 1939, according to CNN.

A Russian warship, followed by two Chinese ships — the guided-missile destroyer Hefei and frigate Yuncheng — are also seen below sailing towards St. Petersburg. China not only held their own parade on Sunday, but also sent two of their ships to the parade in St. Petersburg.

A Russian minesweeper ship, the Kovrovets, is seen below firing missiles during the parade in the Black Sea port of Sevastopol in Crimea.

This is why Steve Jobs got fired from Apple — and how he came back to save the company (AAPL)

steve jobs wozniak

According to a Recode report, ousted Uber CEO Travis Kalanick has been telling candidates for his old job that he's planning on "Steve Jobs-ing" it— a not-so-subtle indication that he intends to return to Uber as chief executive.

Indeed, the rise, fall, and return of Steve Jobs is a big part of the Apple founder's legend.

Ousted from Apple after a failed boardroom coup, Jobs formed his own startup. That startup was eventually purchased by a desperate Apple, which was in dire need of product leadership at the time. Not long after, Jobs would become interim CEO, then permanent CEO, and Apple would go from tech industry punchline to the most valuable company in the world.

The reality, however, is a little messier than that. Here's the story of why Apple fired Jobs, and how he came back to save the company from itself.

SEE ALSO: Travis Kalanick is telling people he will pull a Steve Jobs and return as Uber's CEO

Apple was founded in 1976 by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. Jobs was the ideas guy and handled the business side of things; Wozniak was the engineering expert. Neither young man had any experience running a company, though.

But Mike Markkula, one of Apple's earliest investors and employees, didn't think that either Wozniak or Jobs had the discipline for the job. And so, Markkula brought in his friend Michael Scott, an experienced executive, as Apple's first CEO. When Scott left in 1981 following Apple's IPO, Markkula himself stepped in as replacement.

In 1983, Jobs himself recruited then-PepsiCo CEO John Sculley with the now-legendary pitch: "Do you want to sell sugared water for the rest of your life? Or do you want to come with me and change the world?" At this point, Jobs wanted to be CEO, but Apple's board didn't think he was ready for it.

5. Sydney, Australiaresized

The world is full of beautiful places.

So beautiful, in fact, that some baby names have been inspired by them.

Whether the names are based on cities, countries, or even continents, we've uncovered their origins below, which we've mainly sourced from the website Behind the Name.

Here are 46 baby names inspired by geography.

1. Florence is a city in Italy, but also comes from a word meaning "to flourish."

Derived from the words "florens," which means prosperous or flourishing, the name is also often a reference to the city in Italy. Florence Nightingale, for example, was named after the city as she was born there.

2. Shannon is a city in Ireland as well as its longest river.

This popular name comes from the name of the River Shannon, the longest river in Ireland. The name is also associated with Sionann, a mythical goddess who is associated with the river.

3. Sydney is a city in Australia, and started as a surname.

One of Australia's largest cities, Sydney was named for Thomas Townshend, 1st Viscount Sydney in 1788. Though gender neutral, its been mainly feminine since the 1990s.

Where you should travel solo based on your zodiac sign

Woman traveling alone backpacking

The INSIDER Summary:

  • Choose a travel destination based on your personality, as determined by your astrological sign.
  • Ambitious Capricorns deserve a relaxing getaway in Greece, while adventurous Leos would enjoy Iceland.
  • Toronto provides plenty of options for spontaneous Gemini travelers.

With seemingly endless places to travel around the globe, it’s tempting to simply hop on the next international flight at the airport, confident that wherever the pilot lands will be an unforgettable destination, brimming with adventure and possibility.

And when the day-to-day hustle gets overwhelming, you may start dreaming of a solo trip — truly getting away from it all — to explore a new place and immerse yourself fully in another culture without distraction.

But narrowing down the perfect destination to travel sans spouse, friends, or family can feel a bit daunting. When the only opinion to factor in is your own, the opportunities are endless. And what if there are cities you would love that haven't even made it onto your radar?

If you feel that way, you’re not alone. The reason: It might just be written in the stars.

The idea that personality traits are acquired solely based on the month you were born may sound absurd, but the truth is that your astrological sign might actually unveil important elements about you that can aid in finding the perfect solo getaway you crave.

We understand if planning a trip based on the zodiac seems a little hocus-pocus. But we challenge you to keep an open mind and scroll down to see where you should consider heading with nothing but your suitcase and a smile.

You might just book a ticket and trust that the four zodiac elements will land you in, well, your element.

Capricorn (Dec. 22 - Jan. 19)

Hard-working and driven by success, Capricorns can be ambitious to a fault. With so much on their plates, they can at times feel like the weight of the world is on their shoulders. Because Capricorns are a very social group of people, taking a solo trip might feel intimidating — but a spontaneous rendezvous on their own may be exactly what they need to take a break from their penchant for planning.

Ideal Solo Vacation: Head to Paxos, Greece for some much-needed R&R. This island, which measures only seven miles long, holds some of the friendliest strangers around, so a Capricorn will never feel truly alone while walking amongst the thousands of olive trees that speckle the island. Take in the beautiful beaches, bays, and underwater caves, then indulge at one of the many tavernas that are always within sandal-walking distance.

Aquarius (Jan. 20 - Feb. 18)

Fiercely independent and always looking for their next challenge, Aquarians live for adventure. Never acknowledging limitations, this astrological sign prefers to live life to the fullest and have fun with the people around them, despite their sometimes aloof demeanor. Planning a solo vacation works very much in an Aquarian's favor, as they have no qualms about being fully on their own.

Ideal Solo Vacation: Immerse yourself in the culture and traditions of Marrakesh, the heart and soul of Morocco, where a true Aquarius can embrace the chaos of a bustling city. Be prepared to lose yourself in the crowd of travelers weaving their way through souks filled with artisan goods and eye-catching trinkets. Your trip won’t be complete until you visit the Jardin Majorelle, a breathtaking blue villa, gifted to Marrakesh by Yves Saint Laurent, with a garden that preserves a jaw-dropping 300 different plant species.

Pisces (Feb. 19 - March 20)

With their heads in the clouds and their hearts on their sleeve, Pisces have a laid-back approach to life. Friendly and intuitive, this astrological sign has a way of constantly giving back without expecting anything in return — which can get quite exhausting. Because of their empathetic nature, Pisces deserve a vacation that is heavy on relaxation and indulgence, to  a place where traveling solo means tranquility in its purest form.

Ideal Solo Vacation: Escape to Bali, Indonesia, where natural wonders and tradition combine to create a paradise in its rarest form. The list of Bali’s beaches are endless, but if an “Eat Pray Love” moment is what you wish for, visit Padang Padang beach (it’s where Julia Robert’s met her love interest in the movie). You’ll be greeted with warmth by the Balinese people, and will undoubtedly experience their culture by visiting many of the island’s thousands of temples. Traditional music and performances occur daily, and dining nearly anywhere will be sure to impress.

Forget San Francisco and New York — here are 25 US cities where 20-somethings can afford to work and live

$

GettyImages 667318540Forget San FranciscoWashington D.C., and New York City.

This is a list for the rest of us twenty-and-thirtysomethings who can't afford to spend $2,500 to live in a closet in Bushwick.

The Penny Hoarder has developed a definitive list of the top 25 coolest and most affordable cities for millennials.

It's based on a rigorous analysis of housing and local price data, economic statistics, and something called a Coffee Fanatic Score. Yes, you read that right. (Thanks SmartAsset!)

You probably haven't seen many of these cities on "Top Millennial City" lists before, and that's for good reason.

These are cities where young people crippled with student loan debt can actually find work and afford a one-bedroom apartment, but also find a new brewery or wine bar on weekends. Their millennial populations are growing — or already sizable — and they tend to be better for walking or biking to work.

SEE ALSO: I studied millionaires for 5 years and found people who got rich working for someone else scored promotions and raises by following 6 rules

Methodology

First, while we know that millennials like to stay ahead of the curve, they also like to be in with the cool crowd. Regardless of how cheap a city is to live in, if there aren't a good amount of young people there — or on the move there — we don't want to live there. "Community" was a word that came up a lot during research, meaning us avocado-toast-eating, Chili's-and-Applebee's-killing youngsters want to be with our peers.

So, we looked at every county* in the U.S. and found the total and average annual change in the share of 25- to 34-year-olds in the county's population from 2011 to 2015, along with the current share of that age group. We assigned each of those variables a standardized score and ranked the average. We only included counties with populations greater than 70,000, then chose the top 200 counties as a starting point.

Now came the real rigorous math-y stuff. To spare you having to spend the rest of the week uncrossing your eyes, here's a basic rundown of what we considered in the analysis:

• The average change and total change in unemployment rate from 2011 to 2015

• Regional prices, rent and how each city stacked up its state median income

• Millennial happiness: The average and total change in the share of 25- to-34-year- olds in each population from 2011 to 2015, walkability (courtesy of Walk Score) and the top 100 cities for coffee fanatics (courtesy of SmartAsset)

Then, The Penny Hoarder staff chose the top 25 based on affordability and if we would actually live there. Those 25 cities received a Millennial Happiness Rank, Affordability Rank and Economy Health Rank, based on another analysis using the same factors from above.

And there you have it!

*Counties were used as a starting point to capture suburbs around city centers. It also allowed us to match up unemployment rates with each region.

#25 Salt Lake City

Affordability Rank: 20

Millennial Happiness Rank: 19

Economy Health Rank: 20

Things to do: The Sugar House District is the young hip place to be in Salt Lake City, with everything from brew pubs (yeah, even in Salt Lake City) to record stores. Or you can go shopping at The City Creek Center, then sit down for a bite to eat and some local brew at Squatters. You could also indulge in some authentic Mexican cuisine (and apparently killer margaritas) at the Red Iguana.

#24 — Rochester, Minnesota

Affordability Rank: 10

Millennial Happiness Rank: 25

Economy Health Rank: 22

Things to do: Get your daily dose of caffeine with locally sourced coffee and tea at Kutzky Market, then grab a beer and pizza for lunch from Forager Brewery. For a fancier feel, sip on a custom cocktails at The Doggery — a Prohibition-era speakeasy (no, sadly, I don't think dogs are allowed). For some exercise, travel along the 12.5-mile Douglas Trail and enjoy the "rural scenery, traversing some of the richest agricultural land in Minnesota."

Anthony Scaramucci was removed from his role as White House Communications Director on Monday, less than two weeks after President Donald Trump hired him. The move also comes three days after Reince Priebus, Trump's first White House chief of staff, resigned on Friday after little more than six months on the job.

Trump's administration as a whole has been rocked by a series of high-profile exits since he took office in January.

Here are the top-level people who've either been fired or resigned from the Trump administration.

SEE ALSO: Sean Spicer has resigned as White House press secretary

Anthony Scaramucci

Anthony Scaramucci was hired as White House Communications Director and then dismissed in less than two weeks. The decision came at the urging of new White House chief of staff John Kelly, according to a report from The New York Times.

Scaramucci came into the role making headlines, most notably in an interview with the New Yorker, in which Scaramucci unleashed an expletive-filled tirade against members of the Trump administration.

Reince Priebus

Reince Priebus, the former White House chief-of-staff, was resigned just six months into his tenure after a public feud with Anthony Scaramucci, the White House communications director.

Trump announced that General John F. Kelly, the former Homeland Security secretary, would take over for Priebus in a tweet on June 28. Priebus resigned less than a week after former press secretary Sean Spicer, who was considered a Priebus ally in the White House.

Sean Spicer

Sean Spicer, the embattled White House press secretary, resigned on Friday after telling Trump he vehemently disagreed with the selection of Anthony Scaramucci as White House communications director.

Spicer's tenure as press secretary was marred by controversy and a sometimes-awkward relationship with the president. Spicer will stay in his role until August.

She adds that IBM has hired 2,000 cybersecurity experts since 2015. IBM has also pushed to establish more "new collar" jobs — which land somewhere in between trade and professional work, as Business Insider previously reported.

"The opportunities in cybersecurity are huge right now, and we're looking for people of all backgrounds, generations, and skill sets to come join us in the fight against cybercrime," Ricciuto says. "If you're looking for a career that is fast-paced, constantly changing, and where you can make a difference, start looking into the many different pathways into cybersecurity."
